  We recently used Mr. Carp to help us with the short sale of vacant land. We can not say enough good things about Mr. Carp. The bank initially was going to hold us responsible for the remaining balance and we not receiving any help or direction from our agent. We made the decision to retain Mr. Carp, one of better decisions! He sent a letter that was written so well, we knew it would get the banks attention. He negotiated our financial responsibility down to something extremely reasonable and it got resolved. Without his involvement, I don't think it would have went so well for us. We are forever in is debt for helping us. After trying to sell this vacant land for 8 years, it is done! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
